1. Scope

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Opatra Zürich campaign website (the "Site"), operated by AN Retail GmbH. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You may browse the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or someone else's personal data;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its underlying systems;
• use the Site in violation of any applicable law.

3. Booking form and data capture

The booking form on this Site is provided for scheduling the Summer Skin Reset treatment at Opatra Zürich.

Please note: to prevent losing your details, information you type into the form is automatically saved to our database as you type, before you press the final "Book" button. This lets us contact you if your booking is incomplete. Full details of what we collect, why, and how to have it deleted are in our Privacy Policy. By typing into the form you acknowledge this practice.

You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a legal guardian) to submit a booking. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Mandatory fields must be filled in; otherwise the booking cannot be processed.

4. Bookings, prices and cancellations

• A booking submitted through the form is a request for an appointment. It is confirmed only once we send you a confirmation.
• Promotional prices (e.g. "Summer intro" pricing) are valid only for the campaign period and for new bookings within stated conditions.
• Please give us at least 24 hours' notice for changes or cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for promotional pricing on a rebooking.

5. Medical disclaimer

Our treatments are cosmetic and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have a skin condition, allergy, are pregnant, or take medication that affects the skin, please inform your therapist before the appointment.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, videos, logos and design — is owned by AN Retail GmbH, DM Retail GmbH, Opatra London or their licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our prior written consent.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites (e.g. opatralondon.ch, email providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, modify or discontinue all or part of the Site at any time without notice.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AN Retail GmbH excludes liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Swiss law (including for personal injury caused by gross negligence or intent).

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
